Thursday Night Football
Jacksonville Jaguars at Cincinnati Bengals, 5:20 p.m., NFL Network
Joe Burrow and the Bengals have impressed so far this season. Trevor Lawrence and the Jaguars have not. That should continue on Thursday Night Football in Week 4.
Prediction: Bengals 31, Jaguars 21

Sunday early games
Tennessee Titans at New York Jets, 10 a.m., CBS
The Titans are 2-1 and threatening to run away with the AFC South as the Texans, Colts and Jaguars are really struggling. They'll gain more ground this week in New York.
Prediction: Titans 35, Jets 17
Kansas City Chiefs at Philadelphia Eagles, 10 a.m., CBS
Who would have ever thought that the Chiefs would be 1-2 at this point? They should be 2-2 after this game and have plenty of time to turn things around.
Prediction: Chiefs 28, Eagles 24
Carolina Panthers at Dallas Cowboys, 10 a.m., Fox
The Cowboys played on Monday Night Football, while the Panthers have been resting and preparing for Dallas since playing on Thursday Night Football. That should help Carolina in a close one.
Prediction: Panthers 24, Cowboys 21
New York Giants at New Orleans Saints, 10 a.m., Fox
The Saints bounced back on Sunday to improve to 2-1. They shouldn't have any problems moving to 3-1 with a win over the winless New York Giants.
Prediction: Saints 27, Giants 17
Cleveland Browns at Minnesota Vikings, 10 a.m., CBS
No Dalvin Cook,no problem? Alexander Mattison looked great in relief of the injured running back in Week 3, but the Browns, and their defense, are tougher than Seattle's.
Prediction: Browns 35, Vikings 27
Detroit Lions at Chicago Bears, 10 a.m., Fox
The Detroit Lions' luck has to change some time, right? They lost in Week 3 on an NFL-record field goal by Justin Tucker. Something tells us they'll squeak out a win in Week 4.
Prediction: Lions 21, Bears 20
Houston Texans at Buffalo Bills, 10 a.m., CBS
The Bills, and especially QB Josh Allen, are clicking. They should roll to a big win over the Texans in Week 4.
Prediction: Bills 42, Texans 20
Indianapolis Colts at Miami Dolphins, 10 a.m., CBS
The Dolphins almost got a win over the Las Vegas Raiders with Jacoby Brissett under center in Week 3. He'll lead them to a win over the Colts in Week 4.
Prediction: Dolphins 24, Colts 21
Washington Football Team at Atlanta Falcons, 10 a.m., Fox
Not exactly the week's most intriguing game, but perhaps this one will be close. Matt Ryan and company got their first win in Week 3 and they'll get a winning streak going in Week 4.
Prediction: Falcons 24, Washington 20

Sunday late games
Seattle Seahawks at San Francisco 49ers, 1:05 p.m., Fox
The Seahawks can't afford to fall to 1-3, but the 49ers would really love to avoid going to 2-2. This one could be a classic, but you have to give the edge to the home team.
Prediction: 49ers 27, Seahawks 24
Arizona Cardinals at Los Angeles Rams, 1:05 p.m., Fox
TheRams were very impressive in their win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 3. The Cardinals haven't played great, but don't need to apologize for a 3-0 record. They'll fall to 3-1 as Matthew Stafford shreds Arizona's secondary.
Prediction: Rams 31, Cardinals 23
Pittsburgh Steelers at Green Bay Packers, 1:25 p.m., CBS
After a terrible loss in Game 1, the Packers have played very well to show that they will be a factor in the NFC playoff race. Aaron Rodgers and company should roll against the reeling Steelers.
Prediction: Packers 35, Steelers 20
Baltimore Ravens at Denver Broncos, 1:25 p.m., CBS
The Ravens somehow beat the Lions in Week 3, but it took an NFL record field goal to do it. They'll have to play a lot better to beat the unbeaten Broncos. We don't see it happening this week.
Prediction: Broncos 24, Ravens 21

Prediction: Buccaneers 30, Patriots 17

Las Vegas Raiders at Los Angeles Chargers, 5:15 p.m., ESPN
Week 4 ends with a very intriguing game. The Chargers will knock the Raiders from the ranks of the unbeaten in a thriller as Justin Herbert shines on the big stage.
