Al hacer un pedido de un objeto tipo collar llamado "Reata elemental" https://www.wowhead.com/es/item=193001/reata-elemental en el NPC Cleck Scaravelle, compre todos los objetos necesarios, tambien la chispa de ingenio y la infusion primigenia, el pedido lo hice como pedido publico y en 48 horas, ya ha pasado mas de 48 horas desde que hice el pedido, y todavia no llega el pedido o no tengo respuesta de el, al buscarlo en la pestaña de mis pedidos no aparece nada.
Hable con un mj y me dijo que cierre el juego (lo hice primero) luego borre cache (lo que ya despues) y que reabra el juego, si el problema persistia deberiia de poner n ticket en la pagina para que me solucionen el problema.

Today I wanted to exchange a primary stat gem in my neck. I've had 3 games with haste so far. If I insert a new primary gem into the neck instead of one with haste, it says: you have the maximum number of those gems socketed into equipped items. But I don't have any other primary gem on the items. The only other item with a gem is a ring, but I also only have haste and crit. I try relog.

Complete description of your issue (do not forget to specify the issue, all conditions for making the issue to happen, and if the issue is related to a phase, specify the phase in which you found this issue): So I lost my Lariat after I've equipped it all the time you guys can check the logs and see that I did have the lariat. I swapped it with a necklace then did a key. Went offline then came back 2 hours later to see that my Lariat is gone basically. It was rank 5, with 3 sockets. I didn't screenshot it but you can LITERALLY see that I had a rank 5 and that I bought the sockets. Please help around with this. I hope you guys can fix this and re-add it. Thank you.

Steps for reproducing the issue: No idea what could the reason be. However, it's not the first time I've seen this. A friend of mine got the same issue and it was fixed so hopefully you guys can fix it also. Thanks in advance.

Character (name, faction, level...): 一粒旦怒风, alliance, 70

I ask the crafter Flamestyle to recraft my Larist, all the material I put was 3 stars, and I set the Minimum Quality at Rank 5.
When the item was remaked, he also use Illustrious Insight for the craft, which make this order 100% to be R5.
But it only drop out rank 4, which I think it's a bug, and the item 'Lesser Trophy of Conquest' cant be used in the order, it will make the order faild to send.

Please help me to fix my neck's bug, I feel so sad coz this order nearly used most of my gold, but it didnt appear perfect.

Elemental lariat procs Haste when i have only Fire gems,with crit and mastery

Fire gems should give https://www.wowhead.com/spell=375335/elemental-lariat-empowered-flame which gives crit proc

Elemental Lariat gives wrong buff.I have ALL fire gems but it procs haste.
